But there's gonna be a whole nother round of tariffs that are gonna target electronics and superconductors. But I also believe that China's in negotiations for those upcoming tariffs as well. [00:39:38] So I'm curious to see how much it does affect things and how much it affects the price. Right? Because we know it's supposed to be $450 and $5. We don't know the exact percentage. But, you know, I really hate this for Nintendo, right? Because everybody's been waiting for the Switch 2 for so long now. I mean, we've been talking about it for the better part of a year. We first saw Switch Pro was gonna happen first. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:40:08] Um, which honestly from in certain points of view, the Switch 2 is just really a Switch Pro. You know? True. Very true. If you look at it from a PS5 versus PS5 Pro. So, it'll be interesting to see what kind of news we get out of Nintendo on the Switch 2.
[00:40:30] So, that being said, I wanted to leave a little bit of extra time so we could actually not rush through what we've been watching, what we've been playing. I'll start with Jason. Um, well, I haven't really been keeping up with that much stuff. Like this last week has just been kind of busy. I have another Netflix anime recommendation for you if you're looking for one. What? The Apothecary Diaries.

She's an apothecary, uh, that ends up getting human trafficking to a whole other country and palace and everything. [00:41:29] So she doesn't fit well with all the concubines and the uptight people. So it's pretty funny. And she's obsessed with experimenting with herbs and poisons. I think I could have like rolled by it once or twice, but yeah, it's a recent.

Um, which I'm a little annoyed with, with the manga. I don't know what's up with it because there are bits and pieces I see leaked on my for you page of Tiktok of stuff that hasn't happened in the books that I've purchased.
[00:45:20] And there isn't one available yet. So I don't know what's going on with that. Uh, but otherwise, um, yeah, just doing my normal, uh, in Minecraft, I've made my iron farm and villager trading hall. And an automatic, uh, sugar cane farm. So far. Nice. Nice.

Um, I recently watched the order recently got a working man. Mm hmm. There's a lot of new movies. Nice.
[00:48:08] Uh, I'm currently keeping up with a daredevil. It's great. Uh, I am enjoying it. And then let's see games. Oh, I, I, I finished my seventh run of red dead. Now I got, I finished the ending and the epilogue. And then, uh, did we go to number eight then? Uh, I actually I'm continuing with the epilogue. I'm, I'm doing some more stuff, uh, completing there.
[00:48:37] And then, uh, today I actually started a new game. Uh, the Indiana Jones game. Oh, sick. Yeah. What about that other game that you were playing? And the one that was kind of like, Oh, eternal strands. I am also still playing. Uh, I'm upgrading my character right now. So it's kind of, I'm kind of grinding. Okay. And, uh, yeah. And the Indiana Jones game is, uh, currently, um, a lot of fun. Well, those of you listening, that means that Jay has started another game.

It's got the big massive wings on it. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:50:30] It's got a wide, a wide span. Yeah. So I'll be, uh, probably grabbing that one just so I can keep, cause I really like the, this line where it's all the display stuff. So, similar to kind of like the UCS. Um, so the, the X-Wing and the Tide Bomber went to the kids because I don't have space and I, what's left out is stuff that doesn't get played with. It's actually the display pieces. So, you know. Okay. Cool.
[00:50:59] Um, watching wise, um, kind of going through Kevin Smith movies. Um, I got a hankering just to watch, uh, I'm going through, uh, Jan sign about reboot right now. Um, just because of what we were talking about with Val Kilmer. I was like, you know what? Oh yeah. Yeah. I need to go back and watch that. You know? So I'm watching that one right now. Um, I have started back up my star Trek enterprise run on that rewatch.
[00:51:29] So I'm almost done with season one and then I'm pulling a Jerry. And at the same time I started watching, uh, a rewatch on Tron uprising, which is the, uh, the anime, the, uh, the anime they did that, um, is kind of the pre the prequel to Tron legacy. Yeah. Um, it is absolutely fantastic. And I recommend anyone that's a fan of Tron to go watch it.
[00:51:58] If you haven't, um, it was one of the main characters. It's very well done. Like the, the lore, the way, the way the, the season like, uh, kind of molds into like hints in, into like where it's going to lead into legacy. It's very well done. And like, it makes you more appreciative of the lore and really good. Yeah. So Aries just can't get here fast enough. I know. See, I, I really do hope it's good.
[00:52:28] Well, I bet you they have some tricks up their sleeves that they're not showing off yet. Oh, of course. Yeah. Um, so yeah, that's the thing is that trailer really made me go, I want to watch uprising again. I want to watch the legacy and the OG Tron. Like I've always loved Tron. Yeah. Like I was jealous of my friends growing up that had the light cycle toys. It's like, I wish I had those, but I didn't.
[00:52:55] Um, gaming wise, I haven't been able to touch my switch because my kids have been playing Pikmin four on it. Oh, wow. They don't have that digital right? I'm playing Pikmin four. Yeah. It's digital. So the, uh, the whole update to the switches can't come fast enough. So I can just go ejecting, send the cartridge over to them and get my switch back. Um, so I, is that an update or I thought that was going to be to switch to no, that's
[00:53:25] that piece. The virtual game card is going to be an update to the switches. It's going to be on switch one and two. You're just not gonna be able to do switch two games on a switch. Gotcha. Okay. Um, so I, uh, started back up on playing star Wars outlaws. I think having a little bit of a break from it was good. Um, also now not focusing as much on the bounty missions anymore. Yeah.
[00:53:51] Um, now that I'm like maxed out with the different cartels, I'm trying to keep them that way. Oh, just focus on the story. Yeah. So now I'm kind of doing the bounties. If part of the story makes me lose reputation with a, with one of the syndicates, I go do a couple of bounties to get my, my rate reputation back up with them to excellent and then move on. Um, and then I restarted back up my season of MLB, the show 24.
[00:54:21] Hey, I'm tired of seeing the Rockies getting their asses kicked this year and needed to go see what happens when the Rockies actually win. Ouch. So I finished out my season with 116 wins, uh, which tied the major league record for most wins in a season. Um, it's too bad that the Rockies only went in a virtual reality. In a virtual world.
[00:54:50] Dude, they've only won three games this season. They are the literal worst team in baseball. Uh huh. That's rough. And they're currently playing the Dodgers tonight. And for the next three days. Oh, that's even more. So I mean, at least it was close. I went, I went to their home opener here in Colorado and they tied through the ninth and went into extra innings, but lost it. And they lost on the 11th inning by three runs. Oh dang.
[00:55:18] But, uh, anyway, so I had the number one seed in the playoffs. Um, in the divisional round, I had the, the luck of having to reface the Dodgers who I swept the last season of the, or the last series of the season. Uh, kicked them straight out of the playoffs three to one. Once again, virtual world. Does it matter? I beat the dreams come true. Come true.
[00:55:48] Kicking the Dodgers out of the playoffs. So right now I'm in the, uh, NLCS against the Phillies. The series is tied up one a piece right now. So, um, well, you know, it's, it's good getting back there. So, um, once I get my switch back though, um, I'm actually debating on whether or not I'm going to do Octopath Traveler or I'm going to do triangle strategy. Ah, okay. Cause then of course more of the, uh, on your side too.
[00:56:17] Or the other part of it is jumping into the Genesis, Genesis virtual console and doing Shining Force. Um, I, I, I like that one. I like that idea. Shining Force. Of course you do. Of course you do. Of course you do. I agree on Shining Force. Solid. Solid game. Solid. It's not that long. It really isn't that long. No, it's not. It's, but it is, it is a very nice, uh, tactical RPG that. Oh yeah.
