[00:02:52] but after what Matt said I'll probably just wait for it so here's the thing this is really why I wanted Jason here tonight because we know how Jason feels about Marvel oh really he's Marvel's biggest fan what are we talking about school us on Marvel he's just polite and stays quiet that's all anyway so with Endgame Encore alright so I'm going to preface this to our listeners
[00:03:22] who are still thinking about going and seeing it go to see it if you want if you just want to see the movie back on the big screen again which is what for me I wanted to because when it was originally out there's some memories tied to it that I wanted to kind of recreate and see those scenes again without having to explain 1800 things of what's going on within Endgame so that being said there are supposed to be four
[00:03:52] new quote unquote scenes that are added to the movie the only way to see all four is if you see the movie on an IMAX screen or something that is deemed as an Infinity Vision certified screen I didn't know that so if you went to like a standard you wouldn't be able to see it I went to a standard and I only got three you would see three yeah correct from what I meant wow
[00:04:21] that's ridiculous wow talk about a money grab yeah that's ridiculous yep and here's the thing is so one of them is just a maybe minute or two extension of the end scene that we see in the original Endgame there is one though that I do think is kind of was kind of good which was
[00:04:50] we get to see Bruce Banner I'm not going to say what it was in case people want to actually go see it and what not but we get to see Banner and it's Banner after Brand New Day yeah ah okay Brand New Day is referenced in this scene so that's the whole thing is this is all taking place after Brand New Day took place so which anyways which for me
[00:05:20] personally and I think Jason would agree that makes little sense to do because it is a movie chrono and like release order is wrong because you're you're having to have seen Brand New Day before Endgame but Brand New Day happens after Endgame so I just agree with that well I mean it's just like Kevin Smith go watch Mallrats like half the end credits took place before
[00:05:50] some of the stuff you know like the whole like have a callback it's another thing that you need to watch a full ass movie to understand a little bit yeah unless you've seen Endgame you won't understand what he's referencing I mean I've seen the scene like you don't have to have seen Brand New Day in order to understand the scene you just don't understand the context the the history of the scene yes it doesn't take away
[00:06:19] from the scene but you don't get full appreciation full appreciation that's all it is now and then like I said like with Matt giving the Kevin Smith movie reference you know yeah you don't get the full appreciation if you haven't watched it too but you know it's something interesting and it's a lot of fun stuff but you know it's more than a minute and then the third scene is just a replay of some scenes we've seen before going all the way
[00:06:49] back to Iron Man and they're putting it with you know with Doom now the fourth scene though I think would have been kind of nice to see because it does involve the TVA and the multiverse and how this is all going to play into each other and the incursions happening it kind of talks about it and it's we got that hinted at in Deadpool versus Wolverine
[00:07:20] right you know when they were talking about how it's still Loki the seasons one and two but still both movies story wise happening after and still requiring you have seen it I would say anything that's going on with it yep so if you're gonna go see it and you want to you know just for the seeing it on the big screen go for it because for me I will never get tired of seeing Scarlet Witch whooping Thanos's
[00:07:50] ass just straight up kicking his butt to the point where he's like I'm gonna kill my soldiers just so I can not die you mean Scarlet Witch or Scarlet Witch yeah but anytime I see that it just makes me think of Infinity War and when they she like destroys the blue lady or whatever and I forget the character's name but the the Wakanda warrior because I was like why was she up why was she up there the whole time
[00:08:19] yeah yeah like still this is the same thing it's like so why are you holding back Scarlet Witch the entire time when she's got this annihilates people and then also you got you know Captain Marvel shows up and does you know we actually get to see that which in the comics she takes a punch and then headbutts him well I mean in the comics Captain Marvel and Scarlet Witch were two of the the heroes that could go toe-to-toe with Thanos and actually beat him
[00:08:48] so it was great seeing that now where I want Jason's opinion on this is because not only do we have this we were talking about a cash grab for Avengers End game it has now been reported by Deadline and Variety that they are looking at re-releasing brand new day into theaters with additional scenes yeah more specifically the cut scene that had
[00:09:18] Rosario Dawson's character from Daredevil Netflix Marvel Universe yeah from the Netflix she was in Jessica Jones Iron Fist Luke Cage that whole thing and they're going to add that back in Defenders Universe so Jason how do you feel about Marvel doing all of this

[00:48:27] sub channels I just love watching their trivia stuff and it's just a lot of fun their on screen chemistry and everything is pretty freaking hilarious so if you've never heard of react I said look them up they're pretty fun they've got years of videos so you got plenty of things to watch for playing as we lead up to this as in good I guess as a good friend
[00:48:57] fashion rather than peer pressure fashion I did purchase Helldivers 2 and I did load it up and got it installed even though I had issue with Steam's version of it for some reason it would crash before the first screen it would crash over and over and I couldn't find anything online in order to fix it thankfully I got a refund so I purchased it on PlayStation
[00:49:27] and loaded it up somebody had some D&D stuff the first night that we were able to try to get together but Matt and I rolled out and fought for democracy for a little bit and won with the exception of some a-holes that decided to kill us at the end of a mission just for hell of it yeah but that's but yeah so we'll see we got
[00:49:57] we got some future Jason I mean the games are last one it's in teams of four man so last one baby come on now we need another come on think about it think about it oh my god that would be so great that would be all of us together for once we would have another game other than the monopoly that'd be dope just just throwing it out there we wouldn't be able to have like a Helldivers 2

[00:53:32] the compatibilities up um I did start it up on PlayStation as well and it is a game I want to play on the go so that's why I want to I'm gonna get it on my Switch 2 but it does look a little bit prettier on the PS5 not gonna lie but um that's kind of a given been uh finished off yeah I switched uh I finished off all of the courses on Mario Kart World
[00:54:03] oh wow oh sweet yeah so that game at 50cc just to go through the courses and start trying to learn them and whatnot um I mean that's a given for most things everybody has to go through 50cc as a start um and then yes fighting for democracy still for democracy um watch wise I did start doing a rewatch on the Avenger
[00:54:32] movies oh nice so I rewatched proving Jason's point and I'm going back through you know um I still believe that it wasn't worth the ticket to go like it wasn't worth the ticket to go see the extra scenes but it was fun to see it in theaters again I love watching that final battle on the big screen though so it's like for me I enjoy it you know but
[00:55:02] um oh in lines with the like useless uh scenes um have either have any of you seen the trailer for visions series on Disney quest yeah absolutely useless I can't wait for it I really want to because it's James Spader
[00:55:31] yeah it's James Spader he comes back yeah I know Ultron's back but I mean like I feel like it's gonna serve nothing for Doomsday it's just gonna be it's just nothing I mean like maybe maybe it gives conclusion to to WandaVision but that or or it's just it's its own standalone thing starting you know yeah then which I'm down I want to see I mean like how long even if it has nothing to do
[00:56:01] like how long are they taking to get to get to this like at least five years more I will say this I don't care if it has anything to do with Doomsday or anything like that I like the vision story and I like to see it just kind of come to its conclusion right it's not even the true vision it's the copy yeah but his consciousness is in the copy now so it's that's that's what he's that's but that's what he's trying to rebuild that's the whole
[00:56:31] point of the show yeah but he's battling the other entities in the of the personalities in his head including the main source which was Ultron so that's why yeah I can't that's what I can't wait to see that's what I want to see is that battle and see like how he is he fully going to come back his vision or is he coming as a different version or like maybe a darker version I don't know but that's
[00:57:01] what I want to see yeah I'm excited but James Spader is just so much fun to watch like that's also why I'm excited as well because we're not we're not only going to see him as kind of like the digital Ultron but for the most part we're going to see him as James Spader and he's just such a great talented actor so I enjoy watching him yeah it's going to be great
